A Rough Spot in the Road...
I need to read this over and over and over. My heart is full of unrest tonight, and my head will not stop creating an abundance of sadness that threatens to overwhelm me.
For those of you who know me, you'll know I'm okay - for those of you who don't, believe me.

Sometimes peace and calmness just seem to be a tiny bit out of our reach but give it time and I know that it will come floating back to a spot where you can grasp onto it. Then if you could just nail it down so it doesn't float away again!
I hope this feeling passes soon honey. I pray that it does.

I am sorry to hear of your unrest, and I hope things will improve for you. I have a coffee mug with this saying on it. This message brought me much consolation a couple of years ago. Now, I have placed the mug in a place at the bakery where I can easily see it. In this way, it helps me keep focused and centered when the "storms" break loose.
