During all the hectic moments of the weekend, I went out to grab the hose for a quick watering and spotted this beautiful fellow. Even in the midst of chaos comes a bit of grace!
Hi Gracie I came across your blog TWICE last night just by pressing that "Random blog button"- did you ask them for special high circulation? Cause you certainly gottit!! Now I found you again via the Melon Cutter's comments boxes ... so I thought I'd say hi to you again. I hope you're well. I've installed a personal chat room on my blog! It's right there on the top right hand corner of gledwood2.blogspot for all to come & use & I was holding court last night for all comers...-how cool is that?? Also I've opened 2 video blogs. One comedy, the other music. You're welcome to have a rifle through whatever goodies you can find there. Hope you're OK Gracie (I see your blog so much I feel as if I know you!!)... take care
Oh - I saw a yellow swallowtail last night, on our lilacs, right before the storm! I looked out, because right before the storm broke, the neighborhood birds descended on my feeders -- seriously, I had like 5 species of birds all at once! - and then I saw the beautiful yellow swallowtail. Glad you got a good pic of yours! cheers, mo
Last July when I was teaching at a preschool, we had those Tiger Swallowtail butterflies in our flowers on the play area. Aren't they beautiful? I was glad I had my digital camera with me . . . actually there have been few times that I don't have it. Thanks for sharing! I loved your photos.
Tap-dancing through life on two left feet without a compass; laughing, crying and holding hands with others who find themselves in the same place!

Hi Gracie. Love the photos of the butterfly in your garden. It's always nice to see one.
Thanks for visiting and greeting me a Happy Mother's Day. I appreciate it. Take care!
What great photos Gracie, thanks
How true. We just have to learn to look for that bit of "grace"...God usually places it someplace for us.
Sandy
You did a fantastic job capturing the moment, Gracie. Thanks for sharing that with us.
Be gentle on that back of yours, okay?
Wow, this is beautiful. It sounds like you needed this too. Nature often gives us what we need if we just pay attention. Have a great day Gracie :)
