It took me ages to find this out - when posting you'll see 'post options' click on there and change the date and time - voila!

Looks like folks have already answered this one. Yes, change the date/time and it can be wherever you want it.
You've got a blogspot blog, so akelamalu is right - just change your date & time under "blog options" under your post before you hit publish - or you can always edit and change it!
I hear rumor its your birthday...Happy Birthday:)
I stumbled upon the answer to your dilemma when I was just clicking on buttons in the early days, trying to understand how this blogging thing worked.
