You have to post these rules before you give the facts.

1. Players, you must list one fact that is somehow relevant to your life for each letter of your middle name.
2. If you don’t have a middle name, use the middle name you would have liked to have had.
3. When you are tagged you need to write your own blog post containing your own middle name game facts. At the end of your blog post, you need to choose one person for each letter of your middle name to tag.

I'm one of those rarities who doesn't have a middle name. My last name, combined with my first, had w-a-y too many syllables so my mo m and dad decided to spare me any more. I've chosen my "pen name" as a middle name for the purpose of this meme.

G - Grateful. I have had so many blessings in my life, beginning with my parents.

R - Reserved. I've had people tell me that they thought I was stuck-up until they got to know me. I guess I'm not the most open book in the library! I try to exude warmth but I guess it doesn't work. As I've gotten older, it comes more naturally. I come from German lineage - what can I say! Once you get to know me, I'm a real hoot. Well, maybe not a "hoot," but I DO like to have fun!

A - Artsy-Fartsy. I have always been a "sketcher." I love to dabble with color and have tried everything from macrame in the '60's, to alternate art currently.

*C - Cherry Hogs. I have two and can't imagine being without one! I got my first one when I was five.

*I'm taking this "Claire-speak" seriously! For fun, I'm letting you figure this one out...

E - Earthy. I tend to fool most folks who think I'm strictly a "girlie-girl." It's true that I love fine things but I'm quite a tom-boy at heart.
