Manic Monday - TAX
I wanted to use another form of the word for today, TAX, but being a red-blooded American, I had to take the opportunity to bash the system. I believe we should do away with the current tax code, institute a flat tax, excluding those of a certain level who shouldn't have to pay anything. Throw away those 700 lb. tax code books. The IRS is a satanic cult...

Yes... I always wondered where the economy lies in having all those people at "work" collecting taxes... Put them in production, and let us keep our hard-earned pay-check... Much more room in prisons, too!!
What ? you are red blooded ? I thought you were blue blooded Lady Grace !
YES YES YES.... i agree 100%%%%%%%
smiles, bee
I think that a flat tax is a good idea. with some things that are not taxed, like food, medicine & healthcare, clothes, education and housing (renters). We need to get rid of capitol gains taxes and taxes on overtime. I think if everyone had to look at a receipt and see how much they are taking away in taxes, then the population would get pissed about federal spending.
Then they could put a tax code in every home to use as bar bells ... voila a richer, healthier nation.
Gosh, if even Superman can't figure it out, how are we mere mortals supposed to survive this mayhem known as "tax season"...
Hmmmm "tax season" too bad it's not like "duck season" -- then you could load up the shot gun and legally bad an IRS auditor during "tax season".
:)
Morning Gracie - I'm with you on this one. I get so angry this time of year...The government (that's the IRS) can get blood out of a turnip! This is just so taxing. Nice post Gracie and have a great MM :)
Wow this Tax thing really gets the blood boiling!
lol on the satantic cult.
I agree 100%!!!!
Thanks for the reminder that my husband may not be in a very pleasant mood when he comes in from work today....he works at the Post Office ;)
I just hate tax!!!! Good idea though.
Ahhh tax day!! So many emotions!
Another proponent of the flat tax rate here.
After my little disagreement with the tax man, he now says he owes me 1 penny. An awful lot of paperwork was involved to come to that conclusion!
Good luck.
