Photo Hunt - Shadow(s)
This shot was taken at the bay in Bali Hai, Kaua'i. The sun would come and go, the clouds would hover about the mountain tops, obscuring the many waterfalls from view. The mountains are quite high but cannot be seen due to the cloud cover. The pier shielded hubman and cast a shadow giving this a silhouette effect which I like very much.The photo I used for my banner is south of this about ten miles. It's looking across the water at our hotel, to the left. I left a piece of me there...

I love photos that show people in silhouette like that. Maybe someday I'll get to Hawaii but I won't hold my breath at the rate I'm going!
