Looking at the Sky on Friday

This is one of my very favorite photos taken locally.  This is from the cemetery across the road from us.  It was taken in early June, and there was snow on Bear Mountain.  It's highly unusual to see snow this time of year.  We had an unseasonably cool spring, early summer.  Loved it!!!

What a gorgeous shot, Gracie! I can see why you love it - I think I'd have it blown up, framed, and hanging on the wall it's so nice!

Great capture. We have had a very cool spring/summer this year. Wonder if we'll have an early fall too.

Have a terrific day and weekend. :)

Very nice shot. We are seeing lots of snow-capped mountains out here near Yellowstone, and of course when we were at Grand Tetons. Love it!

Big hugs, honey...

Nice flowers and the morning sky... Beautiful shot!

I have no idea what the flowers are really called, but to me they are mountain roses, and against the hills, quite stunning.

It's so hot here I can barely recall what cool feels like! I love how you framed the shot! Like Miss Bee, I thought it was cotton at first, too!

big hugs :)
