Manic Monday - TAX

I wanted to use another form of the word for today, TAX, but being a red-blooded American, I had to take the opportunity to bash the system. I believe we should do away with the current tax code, institute a flat tax, excluding those of a certain level who shouldn't have to pay anything. Throw away those 700 lb. tax code books.
